The project travels through destinations including California, Jamaica, Brazil, Spain, France, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Japan, and Hawaiʻi, with each track drawing inspiration from the rhythms, instruments, and musical character associated with its destination.
From the warm coastal feel of “Coastline Serenade” to the Brazilian-inspired rhythms of “Midnight in Rio,” the energy of “Lagos in the Morning,” and the atmospheric sounds of “Tokyo Moon,” the album was created to feel like a journey without leaving your seat.
Featuring collaborations with artists including Vesper Rae, Jahmir Reed, Ionie Moor, Javi Castillo, Julien Rémi, Yusuf Bashir, Kenji Matsuda, and Leilani Akana, the project brings together a range of voices and musical influences under one creative vision.
